MMRS is a Medicare and Medicaid provider. Minnesota Medical & Rehabilitative Services is also in network with virtually all health insurance providers. We also accept Workman’s Compensation and Personal Injury claims. For your convenience, claims will be processed from our office.

Claims for out-of-network insurance will also be filed if allowed. Our business staff will assist you in determining how your insurance will pay for services provided.
